Own the development of core platform features — from the agent configuration dashboard to the real-time conversation engine. You'll work across the Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend, shipping features used by 100+ businesses every day.
Improve the quality, accuracy, and speed of our AI agents. You'll work on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and evaluation frameworks. Deep familiarity with LLMs and a passion for making AI actually useful in production.
Build and optimise the Voice Support Agent — reducing latency, improving multilingual accent recognition, and adding new language support. You'll work with Twilio, Exotel, Deepgram, Sarvam AI, and ElevenLabs.
Define what we build next. You'll talk to customers weekly, translate their pain into product specs, and work closely with engineering to ship features that drive retention and expansion. SMB and global market context is a strong plus.
Own the full sales cycle from demo to close for SMB accounts worldwide. You'll run product demos, handle objections, negotiate contracts, and hit monthly ARR targets. Experience selling B2B SaaS to growing businesses is essential.
Own the post-sale experience for a portfolio of 20–30 accounts. You'll onboard new customers, run quarterly business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and be the voice of the customer internally.
