Take-home task

A focused, paid task (₹2,000–₹5,000 depending on role) that takes 3–4 hours. We respect your time and compensate for it.

Technical / skills interview (60 min)

A deeper conversation about your work, your thinking, and the task you completed. No whiteboard puzzles or trick questions.

Founder call (30 min)

A conversation with one of our founders. This is as much for you to evaluate us as it is for us to evaluate you.

06
Offer

We move fast. If we want to hire you, you'll have an offer within 48 hours of the final interview. Total process: 2–3 weeks.
