Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and charges made through the SpycAI platform. We recommend reading this policy alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be satisfied with SpycAI. We offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required so you can fully evaluate the platform before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all prospective customers to use the trial period to assess fit. Because our service involves real-time AI processing, API calls to third-party services (Meta, Deepgram, Twilio, etc.), and infrastructure costs that are incurred the moment you use the platform, our refund policy is necessarily limited.

2. When Refunds Are Granted

You were charged after cancelling your subscription within the same billing cycle and the cancellation was confirmed by our system.
You experienced a verified platform outage exceeding 4 consecutive hours that was caused solely by SpycAI infrastructure (not third-party services like Meta or Twilio), and the outage was not during a scheduled maintenance window.
You were billed incorrectly due to a billing system error on our part (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan amount).
You subscribed to an annual plan and request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not used the platform beyond the free trial features.

3. When Refunds Are Not Granted

Monthly subscription fees for the current or past billing periods where the Service was available and accessible.
Overage charges for WhatsApp conversations, voice minutes, SDR leads, or meetings booked — these are consumed resources and are non-refundable.
Fees for periods where your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
Partial month refunds upon cancellation — subscriptions run to the end of the billing period.
Dissatisfaction with AI agent output quality, response accuracy, or business results — we encourage you to use the 7-day free trial to evaluate the platform before subscribing.
Charges resulting from your failure to cancel before the renewal date.
Setup fees or onboarding fees (if applicable to your contract).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@SpycAI.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]" and include: • Your registered email address and company name • The invoice number(s) in question • The reason for your refund request • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors, outage timestamps) We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay for INR, Stripe for USD).

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. After cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. Annual plan customers who cancel mid-year are not entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused months, except within the 7-day window described in Section 2.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at billing@SpycAI.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve billing disputes quickly and a chargeback may result in immediate account suspension. For Razorpay payments, disputes can also be raised through the Razorpay customer portal. For Stripe payments, contact us directly first.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
