Sarvam AI integration + Tamil & Telugu voice support
The Voice Agent now speaks Tamil and Telugu natively, with significantly improved accuracy for South Indian English accents. This release also brings a redesigned analytics dashboard with real-time conversation monitoring.
SDR Agent: IndiaMart lead scraping + Pipedrive integration
The SDR Agent can now source leads directly from IndiaMart in addition to LinkedIn. We've also added native Pipedrive CRM integration and a new email reply categorisation system that automatically sorts responses by intent.
Security patch: session token hardening
This patch release addresses a session management improvement identified during our internal security review. No customer data was affected. We recommend all users log out and log back in to refresh their session tokens.
WhatsApp campaign builder + A/B testing
You can now create, schedule, and A/B test WhatsApp broadcast campaigns directly from the dashboard. The new campaign builder includes audience segmentation, template management, and a performance analytics view.
Human handoff improvements + Zoho CRM sync
The human handoff experience has been significantly improved — agents now pass full conversation context to your team, and you can configure custom escalation triggers. Zoho CRM integration is now generally available.
Voice Agent launch + multi-agent dashboard
The biggest release in SpycAI's history. The Voice Support Agent is now generally available, supporting inbound and outbound calls via Twilio and Exotel. The dashboard has been rebuilt to manage all three agents from a single view.
SDR Agent launch + HubSpot integration
The AI SDR Outreach Agent is now generally available. Automate LinkedIn prospecting, personalised email outreach, BANT qualification, and meeting booking. HubSpot CRM integration ships with this release.
WhatsApp Sales Agent — general availability
